MONITORING LEVEL MSP INCLUDES:

  • 24x7x365 Critical System Health Monitoring & Alerting
  • End User Access to ITR Managed Services Portal
  • Reporting
  • End Point Security Virus Protection
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Patch Management
  • Disaster Recovery Software and Management
  • Remote Service will be billed at a discounted rate of $90/hour (30 minute minimum per incident)
  • Onsite Service will be billed at a discounted rate of $90/hour (1 hour minimum + one way travel)
  • Project Implementation of any new workstation or server hardware, major operating system, hardware replacement, installation, warranty or software upgrades
  • Any additional charges for Support & Administration of Workstations
  • Any additional charges for Support & Administration of Servers
  • Any additional charges for Support & Administration of Network Equipment related to Server or Workstation incidents
   

ESSENTIAL LEVEL MSP INCLUDES:

  • Unlimited Tier 1 Helpdesk Support
  • Daily Preventative Maintenance
  • Daily Patch Management (Microsoft Systems)
  • End Point Security Virus Protection & Monitoring
  • Disaster Recovery Software, Setup, Monitoring & Management
  • Real-time Spyware Prevention and removal
  • Health Monitoring & Alerting
  • 4 Hour Response Time Commitment for Covered Equipment
